To find other health services open near you, including doctors, chemists (pharmacies) and hospitals, use the Find a health service tool.
Contact your regular GP (doctor) to find out if they are open or have after hours arrangements. Some practices will have a message on their answering machine telling you what to do when the practice is closed.
If your regular doctor is not available, or you don’t have one, you can contact a home visiting doctor service. Check which service your doctor uses when you next visit to make sure important information can be shared between the after hours doctor and your own doctor.
